Most soft gels are made with animal-derived gelatin. But the capsules you see here are 100% vegan. They are certified by the Vegan Society and are formulated with the help of physicians and nutritionists.
It can be used by meat-eaters or non-meat eaters.
What is the required daily dose?
For anxiety: 80 mg can be taken three times a day for four weeks
For dementia: 60 to 480 mg per day, divided into two or three doses can be taken up to one year
For retinal damage: 120 mg can be taken daily for six months
For restless leg pain related to poor blood circulation: 20-240 mg, divided into two or three doses can be taken up to six years
For dizziness: 160 mg can be taken once daily for up to three months
For PMS: 80 mg can be taken twice daily starting on the 16th day of the menstrual cycle until the fifth day of the next cycle

How Long Before Benefits Of Gingko Biloba Extract Kick In?
Most times when it’s going to work for someone it will take at least 2 to 3 weeks maybe even longer for it to kick in.
There are some who notice a difference after a couple of days. You will need to be aware of it yourself to determine if it’s working or not.
The best way to make this determination is by evaluating before you begin taking the herb to see where your memory is at.
After taking the supplement for a few days see if you notice an improvement in your memory.

I have severe tinnitus in my right ear. It’s a persistent ringing or buzzing when there is no external sound present.

No, this herb is gluten-free. It’s great for those people who have celiac or gluten allergies. This herb comes from one of the oldest living trees which have survived yet remain unchanged for over 150 years
What are the side effects of Gingko Biloba?
The side effects of this herb can be, but are rare:
- Allergic skin reactions
- Stomach upset
- Heart Palpitations
The benefits of Ginkgo Biloba extract for me outweigh the risks or side effects. The reason being is as I related up above, the side effects are rare if you notice them, stop using the herb.
Another thing I want to mention is it can interact with medication. Be certain to do your research related to any medications you are taking before using this herb.
