  1. I know that I snore and it can be pretty loud at times. I certainly would like to have something that would greatly decrease it whenever I sleep and it sounds like a chin strap is the answer for me. I’ll have to admit, I was a little skeptical of a chin strap reducing snoring, but after reading your article, I’m fully convinced. The Atrilly chin strap definitely sounds more up my alley as I want something that is easily adjustable. Out of the ones you listed, is there one you prefer over all the others?

  2. Hello Eric,

A good sleep definitely leads a good day. These Chin Straps definitely seem to be a great way to bar snoring which otherwise leads to a lot of issues as explained. This is one of the most feasible and simple solutions that many people fail to have a knowledge about.

Have everyone known about it, maybe spouse relationship could have been better :). In spite of initial resistance to get used to it, there seems to be no significant downside to this product and  I expect many people to come to know about this.

Thanks for sharing information about this vastly useful product!

  3. This seems like a very simple hack but I have been told it’s very effective. There are other much more expensive alternatives like a CPAP machine I have been referred to but it’s even more uncomfortable. I think the best option for me will be VeryCozy Anti Snoring Chin Strap. What I like the most is that I will be able to talk without feeling restricted. My wife will also thank you! LOL.

  4. As we all try whatever we can to combat snoring, sometimes we reach for the nearest cure-all, hoping for that elusive night of perfect sleep, unencumbered by the endless snuffling of your average snoring. Solutions range wildly, from devices that hold your tongue out of your mouth to sleep backpacks that keep you from rolling onto your back

One of the options that have risen in popularity in the last several years is the anti snore chin strap, which keeps your mouth shut tight while you slumber, and I tell it works really well

i really like your selections although,I don’t really any experience with this once but I think they would do the job.

  5. This article is most valuable for partners of snorers like myself rather than the actual snorer who is sleeping LOL. My husband of 32 years has always been a snorer and my way of dealing with it has either been sleeping in another room or using Macks ear plugs, which actually work pretty well. These sounds like better options and something that someone who wants to take control of his/her snoring should consider. I’m going to share this article with my husband.

Thanks so much. I had no idea that anything like this existed.

  6. Ok, now this I have never heard of before.  Snoring is a serious concern and so is sleep apnea.  Now that I am getting older I know of a lot of people who struggle sleeping and how snoring and sleep apnea has affected them.  I have heard of nose bandaids and sleeping appliances like cpap but never have I heard of a chinese strap.  I will have to tell my dad about this device.  Maybe this can finally be the cure to stopping his snoring.  Nice article.

  7. I have suffered sleep apnea in the past but have got it well under control by controlling my weight. I was trialled with CPAP and I have tried several other intervention methods none of which really worked for me mainly because they were all invasive in some way.

The chin strap which I did try is probably the least invasive method (I did try it) which I have experience with, and while the ideal is actually to try and control snoring by weight control if you have no other alternative this fits the bill and does work.
