  3. I’ve just discovered about ginger root essential oil and yarrow essential oil thanks to your article. I do not have restless leg syndrome but I do use essential oils that i diffuse to sleep better or sanitize my house. Once a month my legs swell and feel heavy due to my menstruations so I use creams and gels to calm them down. I also use these after a workout. I do ballet so my calves can get painful and my legs get tired. I will try those recipes, they seem like a great alternative to creams!!
