  2. Excellent article. My wife and I have our share of struggles with getting a good night sleep. Often we blaim our troubles on not sleeping on the right mattress, but I’m sure not using the proper pillow can be just as much to blame. I have always been a straight limb sleeper because of my lower back issues and sleep apnea, my wife gives me a good wack if I turn onto my back while I’m sleeping because it sounds like a freight train rumbling through the house with all my snoring.

My wife has a lot of problems with getting a good night sleep, she is a side speeping pillow hugger with a lot of back pain and finds it hard to stand up for much longer than 5 minutes after getting out of bed. Maybe she might benefit if she puts a latex-pillow between her legs! Thanks for the great information and I will definitely give using a latex pillow a try.

Thank you for helping me to understand the benefits and the uses of the latex pillow. Please what can you say about the heat build-up with the use of this type of pillows?
